This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out what you may and may not publish or do through Deplion, operated by Bytech LLP (BIN 230740022607), 29A microdistrict, building 90, office 202, Aktau, Mangystau region, 130000, Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The AUP forms part of the Terms of Service. Breaching it is a material breach of that agreement.

It applies to everything published through your account — including content generated by an AI assistant you connected. You are responsible for that content whether or not you reviewed it before publishing.

Report abuse: [email protected]

1. Prohibited content

You must not create, upload, publish or link to content that:

1.1. Deceives people about who they are dealing with

1.2. Distributes or facilitates malicious software

1.3. Defrauds people

1.4. Is unlawful or seriously harmful

1.5. Infringes rights

1.6. Is adult or gambling content published without permission

These are not permitted by default. If you have a lawful, licensed business in one of these areas, contact [email protected] before publishing.

2. Prohibited technical use

You must not:

3. Responsibility for AI-generated content

3.1. Deplion does not generate your content. It is produced by you or by an AI assistant you chose to connect and instruct.

3.2. Output generated by an AI assistant through your account is your content. This includes output you did not anticipate, did not read before publishing, or consider to be a mistake by the model.

3.3. If an AI assistant produces content that breaches this AUP, the breach is attributed to your account. We recommend reviewing generated pages before publishing them.

3.4. Attempting to use an AI assistant to produce content that circumvents this AUP is itself a breach of it.

4. Forms and data collection

4.1. If you publish a form, you are the data controller for the submissions. See Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

4.2. You must not use forms to collect passwords, full payment card numbers, cryptocurrency private keys or recovery phrases, government identity document numbers, or special-category data (health, biometric, religious or political data) without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

4.3. You must not use forms to harvest data under a false pretext.

5. Enforcement

5.1. We operate automated and manual moderation as described in Section 6 of the Terms of Service and Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

5.2. Depending on severity, recurrence and confidence, we may:

Measure Typical trigger
Warning A first, low-severity or ambiguous finding
Refusal to publish Content that fails checks at publication time
Unpublish Prohibited content already live
Restrict Repeated confirmed violations; publishing and mutations are blocked while dashboard access is retained
Suspend Serious or persistent violations
Permanent ban Phishing, malware, fraud at scale, child sexual abuse material, or repeated evasion

5.3. Severe categories are enforced immediately and without prior notice, regardless of your plan. This applies to high-confidence phishing, malware and comparable threats, where delay would harm the public.

5.4. Where practicable we will tell you which decision was made and why.

5.5. Enforcement does not entitle you to a refund. See Section 8 of the Refund Policy.

5.6. Evading enforcement — new accounts, new projects, altered content republished under a different name — is treated as an aggravating breach.

7.2. On receipt of a complete notice we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material and will notify the user who published it.

7.3. Counter-notice.
