This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out what you may and may not publish or do through Deplion, operated by Bytech LLP (BIN 230740022607), 29A microdistrict, building 90, office 202, Aktau, Mangystau region, 130000, Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Kazakhstan.
The AUP forms part of the Terms of Service. Breaching it is a material breach of that agreement.
It applies to everything published through your account — including content generated by an AI assistant you connected. You are responsible for that content whether or not you reviewed it before publishing.
Report abuse: [email protected]
1. Prohibited content
You must not create, upload, publish or link to content that:
1.1. Deceives people about who they are dealing with
- imitates a login page, payment page, wallet, bank, government service, courier, marketplace or any other brand in order to capture credentials, payment details, recovery phrases or personal data ("phishing");
- uses another organisation's name, logo, trade dress or domain in a way likely to make visitors believe the site is operated by them;
- misrepresents your identity, affiliation, endorsement or location.
1.2. Distributes or facilitates malicious software
- hosts, links to or delivers malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, cryptominers or exploit kits;
- performs drive-by downloads, silent redirects to malicious destinations, or browser exploitation;
- contains obfuscated or packed scripts whose purpose cannot be determined from the source;
- attempts to fingerprint, profile or attack the visitor's device beyond what the site's stated function requires.
1.3. Defrauds people
- fake shops, fake delivery or customs-payment pages, fake support desks;
- investment fraud, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, "guaranteed returns" offers;
- fraudulent cryptocurrency airdrops, token giveaways, wallet-drainer pages or fake exchanges;
- fake charity or disaster-relief appeals;
- counterfeit goods, forged documents, stolen credentials or stolen payment data.
1.4. Is unlawful or seriously harmful
- child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance. Such content results in immediate permanent termination and referral to the competent authorities;
- content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor in any way;
- terrorist or violent extremist content, or content inciting or glorifying violence;
- credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing or coordinated abuse of a person;
- hate speech attacking people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation;
- content promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
- unlicensed sale of prescription medicines, controlled substances, weapons, explosives or other regulated goods;
- content otherwise unlawful in the jurisdiction where it is published or targeted.
1.5. Infringes rights
- material that infringes copyright, trade marks, patents or trade secrets;
- personal data published without a lawful basis, including scraped databases;
- content that violates a person's privacy or publicity rights, including intimate images published without consent.
1.6. Is adult or gambling content published without permission
- pornographic or sexually explicit material;
- gambling, betting or real-money gaming services.
These are not permitted by default. If you have a lawful, licensed business in one of these areas, contact [email protected] before publishing.
2. Prohibited technical use
You must not:
- circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, plan limits, quotas, rate limits or moderation checks — including by splitting content across accounts;
- create multiple accounts to obtain additional free-plan allowances, or create accounts by automated means;
- remove, hide, obscure, overlay or otherwise defeat the Deplion attribution badge on free-plan sites;
- use the publishing infrastructure as a general-purpose file host or CDN for material that is not part of a website you publish;
- serve different content to our moderation systems than to ordinary visitors ("cloaking"), or use redirects, delayed injection or geo-targeting to hide prohibited content from review;
- publish content designed to manipulate, mislead or inject instructions into our automated moderation systems, including prompt-injection attempts aimed at the AI models we use for content review;
- publish mass automatically generated pages whose purpose is search-engine manipulation rather than serving human visitors;
- probe, scan, attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, another user's projects, another user's MCP tokens, or the accounts of any third party;
- interfere with the Service or place an unreasonable load on it, including denial-of-service traffic;
- resell, sublicense or otherwise make the Service available to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
3. Responsibility for AI-generated content
3.1. Deplion does not generate your content. It is produced by you or by an AI assistant you chose to connect and instruct.
3.2. Output generated by an AI assistant through your account is your content. This includes output you did not anticipate, did not read before publishing, or consider to be a mistake by the model.
3.3. If an AI assistant produces content that breaches this AUP, the breach is attributed to your account. We recommend reviewing generated pages before publishing them.
3.4. Attempting to use an AI assistant to produce content that circumvents this AUP is itself a breach of it.
4. Forms and data collection
4.1. If you publish a form, you are the data controller for the submissions. See Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
4.2. You must not use forms to collect passwords, full payment card numbers, cryptocurrency private keys or recovery phrases, government identity document numbers, or special-category data (health, biometric, religious or political data) without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
4.3. You must not use forms to harvest data under a false pretext.
5. Enforcement
5.1. We operate automated and manual moderation as described in Section 6 of the Terms of Service and Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
5.2. Depending on severity, recurrence and confidence, we may:
| Measure | Typical trigger |
|---|---|
| Warning | A first, low-severity or ambiguous finding |
| Refusal to publish | Content that fails checks at publication time |
| Unpublish | Prohibited content already live |
| Restrict | Repeated confirmed violations; publishing and mutations are blocked while dashboard access is retained |
| Suspend | Serious or persistent violations |
| Permanent ban | Phishing, malware, fraud at scale, child sexual abuse material, or repeated evasion |
5.3. Severe categories are enforced immediately and without prior notice, regardless of your plan. This applies to high-confidence phishing, malware and comparable threats, where delay would harm the public.
5.4. Where practicable we will tell you which decision was made and why.
5.5. Enforcement does not entitle you to a refund. See Section 8 of the Refund Policy.
5.6. Evading enforcement — new accounts, new projects, altered content republished under a different name — is treated as an aggravating breach.
6. Reporting abuse
6.1. To report content published through Deplion that you believe breaches this AUP, email [email protected] with:
- the full URL of the page;
- which part of this AUP you believe it breaches;
- a short description of the problem and, where relevant, a screenshot; and
- your contact details so we can follow up.
6.2. We review reports and aim to acknowledge them within 5 business days. Reports involving phishing, malware or child safety are prioritised and handled as quickly as possible.
6.3. Knowingly submitting false reports may itself result in enforcement action against your account.
7. Copyright — notice and takedown
7.1. If you believe content published through Deplion infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] containing:
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- the full URL of the allegedly infringing material;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
7.2. On receipt of a complete notice we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material and will notify the user who published it.
7.3. Counter-notice. If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing: identification of the removed material and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number and email address; your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the courts of the city of Aktau, Republic of Kazakhstan; and your signature. We may restore the material after a reasonable period unless the complainant informs us that they have filed a legal action.
7.4. Repeat infringers. Accounts that are the subject of repeated substantiated copyright notices will be terminated.
7.5. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP as new abuse patterns appear. The current version is always published at https://deplion.cc/legal/acceptable-use-policy with its version identifier and effective date.
