Your existing projects keep working exactly as they are. The Free plan covers one project, Start covers five and Pro covers thirty. To start another project beyond your plan's allowance, move to a higher plan — the change takes effect immediately.

A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and you keep the higher plan's benefits until then. Once it takes effect, the lower plan's limits apply, so projects and lead history beyond that allowance may become unavailable. Moving back up restores access.

Custom domains are part of the Start and Pro plans, where HTTPS is issued and renewed for you. Free projects publish on a Deplion subdomain, which is ready to share the moment you publish.

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your plan benefits and limits stay in place until the end of the period you have already paid for, and automatic renewal stops. After that the account returns to the free plan.

A subscription becomes available immediately, so fees already paid are non-refundable as a general rule, including for a period that has only partly elapsed. We may still issue a refund at our discretion, and consumers in the EU and UK have the statutory rights described in the policy. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.

Listed prices are exclusive of tax. Polar acts as Merchant of Record for every purchase: it determines and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout, based on your country, and issues your invoice.
